No, we are not responsible for removing and resetting anything that uses water. This includes (but is not limited to)

• shower fixtures
• commodes
• washing hoses

These require the service of a plumber for removal prior to installation. The plumber will also need to reset all fixtures after the installation.

Move breakables

• dishes inside of china hutches
• pictures
• decorative items

Remove low hanging clothes

• Remove anything inside of the closets that could get in the way of an installer

Strip beds

• Strip the linens off of the beds in any room flooring is to be installed

Disconnect and remove all electronic devices. Reconnection is the responsibility of the homeowner.

Once we receive your material, we will work to get you the soonest opening. Once available, we will call you ahead of time to confirm.

Removal and disposal of your old flooring is done by the installation crew.

If you decide to do your own removal, we are not responsible for the disposal.

Do not remove any carpet tack strips as those should last the lifetime of your home.
